Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect please get in contact with us as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours of receiving your items. Photos must be supplied of any damaged items and it's packaging. This is so we can review and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate. Damaged items may be requested to be returned for inspection, to improve quality control.
Our products are personalised, made to order items - we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Please double-check your order is correct, before submitting for processing.
It is your responsibility to ensure all names and dates are entered correctly. We do not take responsibility for incorrect spelling and you accept that any placement and design changes will be done at our discretion.
